This website was designed to keep Tartan 30 owners and fans up-to-date on the latest information surrounding the Tartan 30 Yacht and the people who love to sail them. UPDATE: Since the CT30A has been going through a
rebuilding patch, we are for the time being encouraging owners to continue to
contact us, but we are suspending any membership fee for 2007-2008. We are
simply asking for contact information and especially local participation in
races and rendezvous.

The Chesapeake Tartan 30 Association (CT30A) exists to promote the enjoyment of the Tartan 30 yacht. The CT30A was originated to govern the Tartan 30 one design class on the Chesapeake Bay, but with the passing of the T30 one-design, has broadened to include cruising, maintenance, and restoration among our interests. We also seek to collect and disseminate knowledge about the Tartan 30, including but not limited to history, technical, maintenance, and modification information.
